To check if your iPad is offline you need to go to Home screen > click Settings > then Wi-Fi tab. Your iPad can be offline if the Wi-Fi option is turned OFF:
Please toggle Wi-Fi option to ON and ensure connection to any available networks from your clinic:
Also it is possible to check the internet connectivity from the Smart Flow application directly on your iPad.
