To synchronize your Merlin price list & surgeons with Smart Flow, select Integrations > SYNCHRONISE:

You will then receive the following pop-up. Select START:

NOTE:

There is no way to control which products do / don't sync with Smart Flow.
Composite ‘parent’ items will appear in Smart Flow, but ‘child’ items will not bill back into Merlin.
