As soon as your patient is discharged you can always access all documents received from SmartFlow in the visit section in your SpecVet account for a specific patient.

First of all, go to your Visit page > choose the Reports tab and find the Scanned Docs section:


There you will see the Visit button, click on it and you'll get all docs available during this appointment. You will have the options to either Open in Browser or Download & Remove by clicking the corresponding buttons in the pop-up window:


NOTE: The SpecVet system doesn't store Forms separately, so if you'd like to have them transferred it's crucial to set the MERGE REPORTS INTO ONE PDF option ON as described in THIS FAQ. After that, all your documents will be transferred and saved as one compound document.
