If you would like to get patient data into the practice management software without having to copy/paste everything manually, try using Copy Text feature which is available via the Web version only.

Go to the required patient on your Whiteboard, there will be two icons on the left side of a patient's name, Edit Patient and Client Info:


Click on the Client Info:


When the form is opened up, you will see all the information that the client filled out and on the right side of it is a Copy Text option, click on it:


The text is copied instantly after you click on it:


After copying, you are able to paste the text into any required field by using Ctrl+V key.
