How can I tell if an item from SmartFlow creates a new line on PVL or replaces an existing one?

If you are currently using SmartFlow - Cornerstone integration, you should be aware of two possible ways how executed items from SmartFlow appear on your Cornerstone PVL.
Item comes over from SmartFlow and creates a new line on PVL
In this case, you will see an icon at the beginning of the item line on the PVL, indicating that the item comes from an external source - SmartFlow (line 1 in the image below). From the comment line, you can see when and where this item came from - “Item added by SmartFlow on 2020, Mar 4 at 10:00 AM”:

However, it also possible that the item from SmartFlow overwrites an existing line that has already been created in PVL. In this case, there is no icon before the item details on PVL, but the comment line still indicates that the item executed in SmartFlow - "Item added by SmartFlow on 2020, Mar 4 at 10:00 AM” (line 2 at the image above).
To prevent incorrect input through overwriting, we recommend avoiding adding items directly from the Cornerstone PVL when using SmartFlow PVL integration.
