This document will explain how to setup SmartFlow so the main patient photo will send to the patient's attachments in Cornerstone. If you are unsure how to add the patients main photo to SmartFlow, click HERE for more details. 


-The following steps will need to be performed on a web account of SmartFlow, you will not be able to make these changes on an iPad. 

  1. Select the account icon in the upper right corner, select Settings > Documents Management

  2. Under "Files to retain after discharge", change the toggle for Patient Photo to Yes. 

  3. The main patient photo will automatically appear in the Attachments section of the Cornerstone Medical Notes upon the patient discharge: 


SmartFlow is currently unable to upload patient photos directly to the main patient photo area within Cornerstone.
