If you are in the process of changing your practice management software (PIMS), and the new software you are moving to also integrates with SmartFlow, we will need to change the current integrated EMR account within SmartFlow. This is done by a SmartFlow Integration Specialist. You will want to contact SmartFlow Support to get the process started, they will pass the information to our Integrations Team who will schedule a time to switch the EMR settings. It is best to reach out to support as soon as you have decided to switch so our Integrations team can schedule appropriately based on the timeframe. We want to ensure we have enough time to setup the new integration, and provide additional training on the features available for the new EMR.
